ANSWERING THE CALL
We know that we can have an eternal impact on the Kingdom when we answer the call to leadership.
Through the Bridge Residency, we are seeking motivated, faith-filled people who are eager to advance in their leadership and see the gospel move through our city, state, nation, and world.
A year-long residency at The Bridge is an opportunity for you to join our team, serve the church and community, immerse yourself in a gospel culture, and grow in your gifts as you answer your calling to ministry!
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN BRIDGE RESIDENCY?
SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
We believe before we do anything for Jesus, we must first seek to be with him. Residents will receive training and coaching in their spiritual growth, intentional discipleship, personal calling to ministry, staff values and church culture.
Residents will have an intentional focus on theological and practical discipleship that will develop them to become like Jesus. This will include trainings, group studies, readings and discussions.
PRACTICAL & THEOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
We believe that our gifts and talents are not meant to be kept to ourselves but to be used to glorify God and make a difference in our church, city, community and around the world! Residents will not only get to experience and lead in hands-on ministry, but they will be coached by a specialist in their specific area of ministry to grow and develop tips and tools for effective ministry.

WHO?
Recent college graduates or young professionals (ages 20-25)
eager to step into vocational ministry.
WHEN?
July 1st, 2024 through June 30th, 2025
Accepting applications through May 1st
WHERE?
Locally—and by that, we mean our communities here in
Middle Tennessee. We're just outside of Nashville with campuses
in Spring Hill and Columbia.

BRIDGE STUDENTS
Bridge Students, Grades 6 -12, exists to make disciples of Christ by equipping students to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. If you have a heart to help middle and high school-aged students learn, embrace, and share the gospel, this is the spot for you! You will have the opportunity to form the heads, hearts, and hands of our students - from building a student friendly environment to raising up leaders to invest in the lives of our students!
