Bridge Worship is a missional arm of The Bridge Church, bringing gospel-centered messages of hope to the world through music. Bridge Worship has a reach in 100+ countries, many of which suffer from gospel poverty or are considered unreached. These songs go to places we may never go, reaching people we may never meet.

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization on a mission to feed the hungry and bring help and hope to communities that need it most through feeding initiatives, response to crisis and disaster, and advocacy for impoverished and hurting people.

Family Legacy exists to support the children of Zambia through four pillars of care: academic, spiritual, physical, and emotional. Through meal packing events, Family Legacy is able to provide healthy meals for over 14,000 vulnerable and orphaned children in Zambia.

Freedom Reigns Ranch provides faith-based mentor sessions to children and young adults who have experienced trauma and other life challenges—all completely free of charge—and also serves as a foster home for horses recovering from abuse and neglect in Middle Tennessee.

Graceworks Ministries’ mission is to see neighbors serving neighbors, working toward a comprehensive, collaborative solution to the complex issue of poverty by providing local low-income residents with food, clothing, housing support, financial assistance, and more.

IllumiNations is a collective impact alliance of Bible translation partners and resource partners working together to eradicate Bible poverty in this generation, by 2033.

No More Fatherless is on a mission to see both spiritual and physical fatherlessness end. By partnering with churches around the United States, No More Fatherless supports families in the adoption or fostering journey with spiritual and financial support.

The mission of the Pregnancy Centers of Middle Tennessee is to affirm the value of all life through a network of care. We strive to empower parents experiencing planned and unplanned pregnancies with healthy options through medical services, education, mentoring, and spiritual guidance.

Swahiba is a Swahili word meaning a close friend. Swahiba Networks is a gospel centered organization whose primary focus is on the marginalized, underprivileged and destitute communities living in the slums and rural areas of Kenya. To date, Swahiba has helped over 95,000 people in Kenya through the distribution of new shoes to children in the slums, hosting a Mentorship and Empowerment Program for girls to help them end the cycle of poverty in their families, conducting a purity program for girls to instill God’s view of marriage and sexuality which also provides free sanitary products for girls so they can continue to go to school every month, and providing mentorship and food baskets to widows in the Kibera slums.

The 410 Bridge is committed to pursuing healthy community development in nations confined by poverty. They activate a holistic approach that combines Christian discipleship, economic development, quality education, clean water, and health and wellness to move communities towards the ability to indigenously sustain themselves without the help from outsiders.

The Family Center is dedicated to empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty by providing immediate, hands-on assistance (particularly with crises stemming from poverty), with a focus on restoring stability and teaching families how to solve problems.
