DIRECTOR OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
If your home office includes a wall of leadership and self development books that you’re constantly lending out, this is the perfect role for you!
The Director of Leadership Development will take the lead in developing a comprehensive Leadership Development Process for interns, residents, and staff growth. They will own the success of the residency and internship programs, be the architecture of Bridge U (gap year program), and the content, implementation, and quality control of a staff development process (including a bank of resources).
EXPERIENCE & ONLINE DIRECTOR

The Experience & Online Director will be responsible for crafting a gospel-centered, spirit-filled service for in-person and online gatherings, writing compelling language that prompts people to action, and leading a team of volunteers to connect with and pastor those gathering online.
Do budget meetings and lunch convos that include chats about how to save money energize you… this is the role for you!
The Finance Director will ensure that the finances of the church are handled with wisdom, transparency, accountability, and faithfulness… creating a culture of high visibility and high trust for the leadership, staff, and donors. This person will ensure that we are making the best possible decisions for the best ROI for the largest kingdom impact.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for three key areas: 1) Designing — completing design projects from conception to completion, 2) Resourcing — resourcing our teams with creative assets and templates, 3) Developing — building a team of designers who can grow in their gifts and use them to further the mission of the Church, while assisting in the development and furthering of The Bridge branding and creative direction.
LOCATION ASSISTANT | COLUMBIA

The Location Assistant will work with the Columbia Pastor to support the location and it’s ministries by implementing and maintaining healthy systems that assist in communications and assimilation.

The Video Coordinator will work directly with the Production Director to oversee specific video projects and grow in their volunteer leadership and execution of all things Bridge Creative. They will be committed to honing their craft and becoming a subject matter expert in video production, execution, and volunteer team leadership.
