Executive Assistant

The Bridge Church is a fast-growing church in Spring Hill that has grown from 250 to over 3,000 since 2011. This growth curve, coupled with our vision to reach as many people with the message of the Gospel as possible, has created a need for a dedicated assistant to help support the Executive Pastor by overseeing administrative tasks and other special projects.

Groups Director

The Groups Director will be responsible for growing and leading our Bridge Groups to bring people together to find freedom and take next step. They will work with the Campus Pastor to continue to strengthen our discipleship pathway and ensure that we are pouring into and equipping group leaders for the largest kingdom impact.

Kids Coordinator - Columbia

Bridge Kids is one of the largest mission fields at The Bridge Church, with over 500 children coming throughour ministry every weekend and hundreds of volunteers dedicating their time to the mission. The Bridge Kids Coordinator will be responsible for relational development with the leaders in both our Early Childhood and Elementary environment, as well as equipping volunteers in their roles, assimilating new volunteers, and identifying/developing future leaders in our ministry. This role requires a passion for the mission of Kids Ministry, but more importantly, the person in this role must be passionate to see people step into their callings through serving and develop them to be leaders in ministry.

Students & Portable Director - Columbia

The Students & Portable Director will be responsible for leading and growing the Bridge Students and Portable Ministry Teams for our Columbia Campus, as well as equipping leaders and volunteers in their roles, assimilating new volunteers, and identifying/developing future leaders in our ministry. This role requires a passion for the mission of the Columbia Campus, but more importantly, the person in this role must be passionate to see people step into their callings through serving and develop them to be leaders in ministry.
