The Bridge Kids Elementary Coordinator will be responsible for relational development with the leaders in our Elementary environment, as well as equipping small group leaders and volunteers in their roles, assimilating new volunteers, and identifying/developing future leaders in our ministry. This role requires a passion for the mission of Kids Ministry, but more importantly, the person in this role must be passionate to see people step into their callings through serving and develop them to be leaders in ministry.
The Guest Coordinator will lead teams of volunteers on our Connections Team to create a culture of intentional hospitality, ensuring that guests can experience a tangible expression of the Gospel within their first few minutes. This person will oversee the first-time guest volunteers, outside greeters, parking, and PM atmosphere teams from a leadership and execution standpoint.
Leadership and Personnel Director
This role will ensure that we have created the systems necessary to raise up a new generation of church leaders and staff the church to achieve the vision God has given us. In essence, this role oversees all things “staff”: identifying, recruiting, hiring, developing, and continually investing into our team.
The Worship Director will serve the Lead Pastor & Executive Pastor of Weekend Services by overseeing, developing, discipling, and growing the worship ministry of The Bridge Church. They will be responsible for guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship team and its staff, leaders, and volunteers.
