Communications Director

The Communications Director will be the primary architect for all things Bridge communications (web, social media, e-news, graphics, video and any other written or visual outward facing communication). They will lead a staff team in helping amplify the mission of the church and saturate Nashville and beyond with gospel-rich and excellent creative content.

Early Childhood Coordinator

The Bridge Kids Early Childhood Coordinator will be responsible for relational development and equipping Small Group Leaders/Volunteers, new volunteer assimilation, and identifying/developing future leaders.

Production Specialist

The Production Specialist will own the outcome and excellence of all technical aspects of our Columbia Campus — audio, lighting, video, and graphics — while assisting the Production Director with weekly responsibilities across all campuses. They will ensure that our worship gatherings are executed with excellence and with an experience where people leave saying, “Surely God is in this place.” They will help recruit, onboard, train, and care for the Columbia Campus production and tech teams.
